Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager skilled in budgeting forecasting and revenue analysis. The successful candidate will excel at utilising Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite alongside analytical tools like Excel and Tableau to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisionmaking.

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping our revenue strategy and performance in the APAC region. By leveraging analytical insights and optimising systems you will empower our teams to make datadriven decisions that drive growth enhance operational efficiency and align with our overarching business objectives.

This role is hybrid. The successful candidate will be working from the office and home. The Caseware Australia office is located at L4 365 Little Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000

What you will be doing:

    • Data Insights and Reporting: Review data accuracy reporting anomalies and publishing corrections monthly. Extract and validate data from various sources including Netsuite Salesforce and Tableau to generate insights and strategic recommendations. Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales marketing and finance to stakeholders.
    • Pricing and Revenue Analysis: Conduct pricing analysis monitoring market trends and coordinate with our Global Pricing team to support pricing strategies for optimal competitiveness and profitability. Analyze and report on revenue performance metrics to identify key trends opportunities and challenges in the leadtocash process.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the annual budgeting process collaborating with APAC Finance and Sales Directors to ensure accurate financial forecasting. Develop and implement forecasting models to predict revenue streams and assess financial impacts.
    • System Optimisation: Optimise Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite for enhanced reporting and integrations ensuring alignment with business processes. Serve as the subject matter expert for both systems providing technical support and training to local teams.
    • Collaboration and Strategic Support: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance global sales forecasting processes and align on revenue growth strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) data and support strategic initiatives. Participate in key rituals such as weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews providing insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
    • Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain documentation of revenue system processes best practices and training materials to support user adoption. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

What you will bring:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue data analytics preferably within a SaaS organization.
    • Expertise in Excel Tableau PowerBI and handson experience with Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying technical information to diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments demonstrating a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
    • Salesforce and/or Netsuite certification is highly desirable
