Whats the role
As a Regional General Manager (RGM) at Westpac you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Banking in communities across Melbourne West.A passionate leader you will inspire our Westpac Consumer Banking team developing career bankers and banking leaders and drive our mission to be the worlds best place to work.
This is a highprofile multisite Leader of Leaders role that will afford you the opportunity to influence Statelevel strategy for Consumer Banking. You will harness data insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities increase market share and boost profitability whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovation digitalisation and operational efficiency.
You will live and breathe Westpacs ambition to beour customers #1 bank for life and will act as ourkey ambassador in the region cultivating strong professional relationships in the communities your bankers serve. You will attend and participate in highprofile community and corporate events helping to strengthen our brand presence and community impact.

What do I need
- Charisma ambition drive
- Leadership experience gained in a customerobsessed environment within Banking / Financial services
- A solid background in sales management and coaching to uplift capability
- The will to travel extensively across your designated region of Melbourne West
- A proven track record of fostering a positive peoplefirst culture with an uncompromising ability to drive multisite performance
- An ability to lead from the front through periods of instability transformation and change
