The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West Great South Upper wheatbelt and Peel Regions of Western Australia. SWAMS delivers a wide range of Services including: GP Clinics Primary Health Care Counselling NDIS and community host various programs. SWAMS has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre outcomedriven Human Resources professional to join our growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Coordinator this is a true HR generalist role which requires a practical handson professional responsible for all aspects of the HR function across the business. You will be working with a collaborative team of HR Officers to support teams across the organisation. This could be either a full time or part time opportunity so let us know what hours work for you!
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Manager in areas such as: recruitment and selection staff inductions employee relations and the review and development of organisational HR policy and procedures. The occupant will also maintain SWAMS human resources databases including all personnel records and files.
