The Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) you play a crucial role supporting and assisting the executive anticipating their needs in real time and foreseeing needs across several teams. You will manage and plan the daytoday workflow for the Executives that leverage your support and hold responsibility for booking and managing travel and associated activities.
As one of the first points of contact you will prioritise the urgency of tasks and intercept unnecessary interruptions or distractions and ensure that overall general business continues to move forward with ease. You will coordinate and present relevant information to the Executive as needed in a concise format with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Within your role you will assist to easily make decisions and communicate the outcomes or actions of those decisions to the broader executive team and also enterprise wide. The outcome is a seamless transition from one activity / initiative / meeting to the next as well as appropriate execution of decisions.
The role may also assist in coordinating and supporting the execution of organisational wide projects / initiatives.

A permanent fulltime position which will be based from our Melbourne Head Office. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week (60%) in the office..
