The Energy Advisor is part of the Elevation Sales Experience Team driving the sales strategy and execution to transform and lead our sales teams towards selling the Elevated Home. The Elevated Home includes solar energy storage energy efficiency smart home automation and other future smart energy technology. This organization is responsible for building the sales models and engines to drive sales execution through both our partner and internal sales network. We are looking for a qualified individual who can contribute to the growth and development of sales teams; assuming responsibility for:
- Making outbound calls to clients that have requested information on solar
- Appointment setting for Internal sales teams
- Taking inbound calls to provide information to clients on our services
- Updating salesforce CRM and extensive note taking
- Communication with sales representatives

PRINCIPLE DUTIES
- Sales Performance Achieve assigned initiatives tied to sales and revenue on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Strive to hit goals in lead generation
- Sales Development
- Learn and grow within the organization to become a sales professional
- Provide Sales Rep support
- Communicate regularly with sales rep to improve sales efficiency and drive higher commissions
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office
- Experience taking on bold ambitions and driving positive outcomes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This position is performed in a standard office environment.
This person will operate more than 90% of the time in a stationary position.
When not stationary this person may need to move about the office environment to access filing cabinets office machinery etc.
This person must be able to operate a computer common software packages as other office machinery such as a calculator and a printer.
