  • Oversee onsite operations of a busy and fast paced RV Community
  • Build positive relationships with residents vendors and team members
  • Assist in the marketing showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
  • Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
  • Collect rent
  • Checking in/out short stay RV guests
  • Handling multiple phone lines
  • Making RV reservations using professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Concierge services
  • Handling cash/credit transactions
  • Maintaining a clean & organized front desk and lobby area
  • Following all safety & emergency procedures
  • Communicating with management daily
  • Stocking/cleaning Office Shop & Business Center
  • Adhering to Company standards
  • Provide administration support
  • Communicate by phone email and in person with team members and vendors
  • Enforce rules & regulations of community
  • Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
  • Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you bring

  • A desire to live our values daily.
  • Goal oriented with an eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to reevaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
  • Problemsolving and collaboration both independently and working as a team.
  • A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
  • A selfstarter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
  • 1 years of customer service experience
  • 1 years of answering busy phone lines
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay rate: $2025/hour DOE
  • Full Time MondayFriday 95am
