As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the COMMERCIAL & INVESTMENT BANK PAYMENTS TECHNOLOGY you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance build and deliver trusted marketleading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions and apply deep technical expertise and problemsolving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.
Job responsibilities
- Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams contractors and vendors
- Develops secure and highquality production code and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Drives decisions that influence the product design application functionality and technical operations and processes
- Serves as a functionwide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
- Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks tools and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Influences peers and project decisionmakers to consider the use and application of leadingedge technologies
- Adds to the team culture of diversity equity inclusion and respect
- Designs Develops and Manages team
- Modernizes authentication and authorization platforms across channels and domains
- Evaluates and prototypes cuttingedge internal and vendor/startup solutions for user authentication
- Integrates innovative antifraud and biometric authentication solutions into customerfacing applications
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineeringconcepts and 5 years applied experience
- Proficiency in Java Full stack one or more general purpose programming languages
- Experience in Application and Infrastructure Design on IAM Platform
- Expertise in application data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of Architecture Design and Business processes
- Proven experience in application onboarding and integration.
- Experience with Authentication.
- Experience with APIs and SDKs for both niche solutions as well as open standards
- Flexibility to work across disparate technology stacks and applications
- Handson large scale enterprise platform technical integration skills
- Experience in Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics or a related technical field
- Experience with modern authenticators (such as OAuth2/OpenID Connect SAML Facebook Login Google SignIn)
- Good to have experience in Front End Development using REACT JS
