Accounting Intern

Join our team as an Accounting Intern! We are looking for a peoplefocused driven individual to join our team this upcoming semester! At AutoWares we strive to lead the aftermarket industry with trusted automotive parts knowledgeable teams and a peoplecentered culture. We work diligently to ensure that we provide our customers with the parts and solutions that keep them moving. Through this role you will become an integral part of accomplishing this goal.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Accounting team with systems validation and data cleansing initiatives.
Conduct research into accounting practices and internal processes.
Assist in writing and formatting accounting reports for leadership review.
Participate in lease validation and general ledger (GL) mapping activities.
Gain exposure to realworld accounting functions within the automotive aftermarket industry while learning how your contributions impact the larger business.

Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and contribute in a teamoriented environment.
