Job Description
EnglishConnect is a program provided by The Church of Jesus Christ of LatterDay Saints to help individuals improve their English skills in an environment of faith fellowship and growth. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Intern to join our team for a 3month (90day) fulltime internship (with the possibility of extending up to 120 days based upon performance). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in managing projects supporting the learner experience and contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs. This role also manages domestic student employees and international contractors.
Important: This fulltime position typically works (Monday Friday between the hours of 8 am 5 pm). This position is a (hybrid) position.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Undergraduate Positions: Oversee and mentor an undergraduate student employee providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Support the Learner Experience Manager: Assist in various tasks to enhance the overall learner experience including administrative and operational support.
- Evaluate Learner Experience: Conduct assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Research External Sources: Continually analyzing other fields and academic research to identify ways to improve the learning and learner experience.
- Brainstorm Solutions: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions to enhance learning and the overall learner experience.
- Test and Pilot Initiatives: Participate in the testing and piloting of new initiatives providing valuable insights and feedback.
- Manage Projects: Take ownership of assigned projects ensuring they are completed on time and meet the desired objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and improving the learner experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools
