We are looking for a Senior Accountant to preparing and executing payments. Performing salary calculations. Following timeline of monthend and yearend closing processes. Statutory reporting preparation.
Duties:
- Performing salary calculations (including vacation sick leaves) and payments to staff of Diia City resident.
- Preparing journal entries and posting: bank statements (including in foreign currencies) accounts receivables accounts payables fixed assets stock business trips).
- Ensure that all posted transactions are supported by appropriate documentation and comply with local requirements. Reconciliations with vendors.
- Prepare draft of statutory reports (VAT salary reports unified tax report balance sheet and P&L).
- Following timeline of monthend and yearend closing processes to have timely and accurately prepared trial balance.
- Prepare info based on the auditors request and check it for accuracy and completeness before submission to the auditors.
- Initiatives to improve efficiencies of processes able to coach less experienced staff backup of Chief Accountant.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree field of study Accounting
- Experience: 8 years of experience in accounting
- Skills and Abilities: detailoriented responsible reliable person
- Intermediate level of English (would be a plus)
- Specialized Knowledge: BAS Internetbanking Excel
