YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a strong leader that embodies a mix of operational excellence negotiation and commercial skills and strategic thinking. As a Regional Manager you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of Glovo in the Center Region of Romania. Your role will involve setting the commercial strategy leading a highperforming team building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and collaborating with other Glovo leaders.

THE JOURNEY

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the longterm commercial strategy for top partners in the region ensuring alignment with Glovos overarching goals.
  • Own the full P&L responsibility and drive 360 business objectives in the Center region.
  • Oversee multiple areas including sales partnerships and advertisement to drive business growth and enhance our platforms market presence.
  • Analyze business and financial data to inform key decisions and identify new business opportunities that will contribute to regional success.

Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals driving them towards achieving excellence and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Structure and manage the daily operations of the Center Regional team ensuring smooth information flow and strong collaboration with other regional leaders and central teams.
  • Set clear goals delegate effectively and monitor the teams performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (marketing operations finance) to deliver a bestinclass execution and foster a collaborative work environment.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including top restaurants and local businesses ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to help our partners expand their businesses on the Glovo platform.
  • Drive the expansion of our selection by signing outstanding restaurants and retailers not yet on our platform strengthening our market offering.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant experience of managing highperforming teams in fastpaced environments such as startups top consulting firms or top tech companies.
  • Proven experience in negotiating largescale contracts and building lasting relationships with business owners or Clevel executives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and empathize with clients and partners business models challenges and objectives.
  • A datadriven mentality using analytics to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Persuasive yet pleasant with the ability to sell valueadded solutions to customers partners and the Glovo platform.
