Job Description
The rapid evolution of financial services is being driven by regulatory changes digital transformation and the arrival of new fintech players.
We help more than 3000 financial institutions retailers and other players meet this challenge with multiple payment methods for both digital and physical transactions.

This includes strong identity verification for enrolling new customers payment data encryption and multiple authentication schemes including Biometrics to access digital banking services.

Key responsibilities:
- Implementation and delivery of cards personalization software to the EMEA Thales DIS factories.
- Ensuring quality ontime delivery and confidentiality of personalization projects.
- Analysis of customers requirements and technical specifications.
- Design development validation document creation and updates application reworking during personalization projects life cycle.
- Support for personalization plants in EMEA for delivered software.
- Report potential risks and all other problems related to personalization projects.
- Follow the company global quality process.
Our requirements:
- To succeed at this job you must have skills in programming (preferably Python Java C#) and at least one years experience in software development and in Samarcande.
- We are looking for someone who is keen to discover customer needs and apply them into projects.
- As you will cooperate with other Thales entities around the world you should be effective in written and verbal communication.
- To perform your daily duties fluent English is necessary.
- You should be autonomous in problemsolving and able to respond effectively under pressure.
- We would like someone to join our team who has ability to document requirements and specifications and who makes effective decisions in regards of priorities set.
