Qualifications
The Quality Analytics team in GDI&A is currently seeking a talented and experienced analytics manager to work with a product team consisting of data scientists and software engineers to deliver business value. This role will involve leading and supporting the analytics team to ensure highquality data analysis modeling and reporting. If you have a passion for data science and a proven ability to guide and develop team members we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Demonstrated experience of translating a business problem into an analytically tractable framework leveraging analytics to solve the problem generating insights from the solution and working with the business to use the insights to deliver business value
- 5 years of experience working in a team environment supporting customer/end users
- 5 years of handson experience in Python programming for data analysis and machine learning
- 5 years of handson experience with data modeling data mining machine learning algorithms or statistical analysis
- 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining successful cross functional demand and integration management
- 5 years of experience with agile and lean workflow management methodologies (e.g. Kanban)
- 5 years of experience with project management tools to manage user requirements stories and tracking the delivery process (preferably Jira)
- 5 years of experience with developing and delivering data products to support analytic applications
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements
- 1 years of experience with Product Driven Organization (PDO) Model
- 3 years of experience leading a team of data scientists.
- 3 years of experience leading an analytic team in a product owner role.
- Demonstrated success in delivering analytics products with exposure to machine learning and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative and innovative environment.
