Develops manufacturing processes and performs technical management. - Ability to analyzeengineering drawings and Manufacturing sequence prepares planning BOM.
- As assigned efficiently performs Aircraft Certification related task and conduct reconciliation and maintenance activity.
- Designs & Modifies Tooling as assigned and completes the design cycle release.
- Suggest and incorporates changes in design to improve manufacturability errorproofing ergonomic handling and efficiency.
- Understands concepts with regards to various Manufacturing & Tooling methodologies and works in developing/designing it using Catia V6.
- Ability to create tooling using CATIAV4 /CATIAV6 CAD systems. ENOIVA and VPN interface knowledge is preferred

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
1. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes With awareness of various
techniques/mechanism/instruments.
2. Ability to clearly interpret quality/engineering specifications Proficient reading and understanding of engineering drawings GD & T and Bill of Material.
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
1. Must be selfmotivated and be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
2. Works well with diverse groups of people.
3. Knowledge in CatiaV6 and MS office proficiency.
4. Good problem solving skills
