**Weekend Availability Needed & will be stationed at various site locations**

This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients while learning multiple vacates of the business. Flex Officers will gain a broad specialized knowledge of various highprofile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for shortterm special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations calloffs no shows holidays etc.
- Assist in startups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be reliable accountable punctual & have a strong work ethic.
- Conflict resolution & deescalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
- Must have open availability.
