What Youll Do
Build and nurture strong client relationships
Provide expert guidance and personalized service across various insurance lines
Process policy changes renewals and new quotes with accuracy
Market insurance products to new prospects and follow up on leads
Support clients during claims processes
Stay informed on insurance trends products and regulations
What Youll Bring
Required Skills & Traits:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Salesforce (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Motivation reliability and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Life & Health Insurance License
Experience in an agency or brokerage setting
Bilingual (especially English/Spanish) a plus
