Working in a dynamic business development environment your role will be focused on contributing to new acquisition (50% of the time) through hunting specifically phone/emailbased prospecting and recruiting of new merchants who can bring their competitive range of products pricing and availability to Amazon. You will also work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) helping them to launch and grow their on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazons products services systems and tools. You will be responsible for using feedback from the merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazons products services processes systems and tools. Lastly Lead a variety of projects that drive growth and improve Customer Experience and Seller Experience in Egypt. Partner with regional teams to drive automation and scalability across organization.
To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical communication and presentation skills. Operating in a fastmoving and sometimes ambiguous environment working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Identify prospect and recruit highpotential selling partners to Marketplace.
Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product familys opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics).
Be your seller partners consultant providing them with datadriven insights and advice to optimize their success and grow their business
Identify key business opportunities of your categories via spotting popular brands trends and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
Work closely with selling partners educating them about Amazons high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
Track and report business development results analyze data interpret reports and information and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.
Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.
Lead a variety of projects that drive growth and improve Customer Experience and Seller Experience in Saudi. Partner with regional teams to drive automation and scalability across organization.
Program Process Excellence:
Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to enhance the Selling Partner experience and drive productivity for Account Managers.
Identify quantify and define feature enhancements and new products to improve our service offerings based on customer feedback data analysis and feature gaps with competitive products.
Leadership:
Raise the bar for Account Managers prioritizing strategic initiatives and escalation support as needed.
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an everchanging business environment. Contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization.
Partner with external teams including Category Management Finance Global Account Management and Central Support teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth.
Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization.
Key job responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers
Analyze account performance data to develop actionable growth strategies
Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies
Help sellers expand their product portfolio and reach across Amazons marketplaces
2) Strategic Support
Build a joint annual strategy with specific Sellers
Provide solutions for operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth
3) Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements
4) Program Development/Project management
Identify and implement scalable solutions that benefit multiple sellers
Contribute to process improvements that enhance seller experience
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new seller tools and resources
5) Become an Expert: Own a specific subject within our service organization with the goal to support peers invent processes/tools to the benefit of our internal and external stakeholders e.g. Branding Fulfillment by Amazon Hiring Tools Deals and a lot more
56 years of related experience
Bachelors Degree in Economics Management Engineering or related degree required
Demonstrated Analytical ability either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
Excellent written and oral communication; able to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fastpaced environmen
Knowledge of Advanced
Excel Negotiation and Selling skills
46 years of related experience
Masters Degree in Management Business or related degree required
Previous experience and demonstrated track record in account management product marketing or management consulting roles
ECommerce Retail experience preferred.
Knowledge of Advanced Excel SQL sales and productivity tools like Oracle Business Intelligence Salesforce is a plus
