Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a strategic and executionfocused Senior Manager Finance Operations & Systems Enablement to help build the foundation of Slates finance systems and processes. This role is businessled and crossfunctional responsible for defining and owning the business requirements that power key Finance & Accounting capabilities from procuretopay to recordtoreport to financial planning. As we scale rapidly were building a digitally enabled finance function to support fast datadriven decisionmaking strong internal controls and operational agility.

Rather than modernizing legacy systems this is a rare opportunity to design and deliver new processes and tools from the ground up in partnership with Finance Accounting IT and Purchasing. The ideal candidate thrives in whitespace environments and can balance longterm vision with shortterm execution.

A critical focus of this role will be to lead the delivery of key systems and control capabilities identified during a recent thirdparty finance and controls assessment ensuring we are wellpositioned for operational scale and strategic flexibility.

What you get to do:

  • Lead the definition documentation and prioritization of business requirements for core Finance & Accounting systemsincluding ERP (NetSuite) EPM product cost management and financial close tools.
  • Build and enhance foundational business processes across procuretopay recordtoreport inventory/costing and financial planning to support scale and compliance.
  • Act as the business lead on crossfunctional systems initiatives working closely with the Enterprise Architect in IT to define and maintain a forwardlooking Finance & Accounting technology vision.
  • Own delivery of critical process and systems improvements identified in a recent independent assessment of Finance & Accounting capabilities and controls.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and liaison between Finance/Accounting and ITensuring business requirements are well understood solutions are fitforpurpose and implementations are successful.
  • Document and standardize policies workflows and procedures to support audit readiness data integrity and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate testing training and change management efforts related to new finance systems or enhancements.
  • Monitor and improve finance system governance including user access roles and internal controls in collaboration with IT and Compliance teams.

What you bring to the team:

  • 10 years of experience in Finance Accounting or Finance Operations with at least 5 years in finance systems enablement process design or project delivery.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes and how they translate into systems capabilities.
  • Experience building or significantly enhancing finance systems and processes especially ERP (NetSuite preferred) EPM procurement or close/consolidation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in crossfunctional fastpaced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Processminded detailoriented and comfortable working through ambiguity to build structure.
  • High integrity and accountability in managing financial data and internal control requirements.
