The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG) part of SPAs Space and Intelligence Division is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize missionproven datadriven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National GeospatialIntelligence Agency (NGA) National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Corporate Support professional working as a member of the COLOSSUS Hosting Services team. As a member of the COLOSSUS program the successful candidate will provide Enterprise Planning and Management support to include development of white papers briefings action responses coordination support as well as participating on behalf of the supported group/office in enterpriselevel activities such as strategy development and governance. The incumbent will act as a contractor point of contact for office initiatives coordinate with stakeholders and proactively ensure that responses meet deadlines. The incumbent will be expected to develop executivelevel communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness accuracy and timeliness of written information.

The successful candidate will assist in developing alternative courses of action for hosting and mission basing (MB) recommendations.

• Document and communicate all outcomes.
• Coordinate activities and products with Enterprise Integration Board (EIB) including MB requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify candidate systems that should be analyzed. Examples of sources include cloud Cost Sheets MB Requests Requests for Change provisioning specifications and other acquisition lifecycle and technical details.
• Plan coordinate facilitate and execute events such as Cloud Day and management offsites.
• Write edit and coordinate Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) for dissemination at the Director/NRO level.
• Inform HSG leadership and personnel when COMM Front Office elevates HSG WAR articles to the attention of D/NRO and D/COMM.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
• IC experience
• BS/BA with 5 years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above (or Associates with 8 years or 15 years of demonstrated performance in related tasks)
• Knowledge of Cloud Services and Technology

• Familiarity with the Budget process

• Familiarity with the govts Integrated Planning and Budget System (IPBS)

• Familiarity with the ICs Mission Partners

• Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication transparency and flexibility
• Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reports to Chantilly up to fulltime based upon the needs of the client.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
• Certifications related to cloud technology
• Experience supporting multiagency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning architecting policy governance or portfolio management
• Experience in Cybersecurity Cyber Technology and/or Cyber Zero Trust architecture practices
