Were embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our stateoftheart office on two core days typically Tuesday and Wednesday to work together in person and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

Quality Mindset

• Lead shiftleft testing strategy embedding early quality practices to boost delivery speed reduce defects and enhance product reliability.
• Deliver both qualitative and quantitative feedback through detailed test analysis and reporting throughout the software development lifecycle.

Software Engineering

• Contribute to product and technical design reviews with an eye on testability resilience scalability and identifying potential implementation challenges early.
• Design and implement integrated software solutions that facilitate alignment to the test automation pyramid
• Demonstrate strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to quickly isolate defects validate fixes and ensure stability.

Leadership

• Lead crossfunctional efforts with Product and Engineering to drive test plans and quality strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and coach team members in best practices for quality engineering including test automation test strategy and continuous improvement.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Handson experience with various types of functional and nonfunctional testing at all levels of the test automation pyramidwith a clear grasp of their strengths limitations and bestuse scenarios.
• Expert in at least one or more programming languages (e.g. TypeScript Java Python) and able to learn new languages/technologies rapidly.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation infrastructure such as frameworks pipelines and reporting.
• Experience with load and performance testing methodologies tools and benchmarking techniques.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Workflows GoCD) and applying DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality.
• Understanding of network protocols and experience with security testing practices.
