DescriptionThe Project Management Officer will lead individual projects within the team ensuring that each initiative is executed on time and within client scope. This role requires close collaboration with WTW Client Service Team members and Brokers (stakeholders) to define project goals timelines and deliver results that meet or exceed client client engagement may be necessary to properly scope project deliverables.

The Role
- Project Planning: Develop:
- Comprehensive project plans including timelines resource requirements and client expectations.
- Use of Engagement 365 (E365) is preferred.
- Execution and Monitoring: Manage all phases of:
- Project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality standards along with client and stakeholder expectations.
- Project peer review to enhance overall quality and effectiveness of our processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for:
- Project stakeholders providing regular and constructive feedback on the Service Teams performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings seminars and other engagementtype activities for CID stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with:
- Crossfunctional teams facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on client deliverables and objectives.
- Producers or Senior Client Advocates to prepare and participate in external strategy meetings.
- Maintain insession documentation (OneNote RMS Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) and ensure that meeting outcomes and next steps are clearly defined and communicated at session conclusion.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate any potential Errors & Omissions (E&O) exposures to WTW or the service team.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed project documentation including plans status reports and lessons learned.
- Develop a dashboard to be shared with CID leadership (monthly) and our stakeholders (quarterly).
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience managing projects preferably within the insurance brokerage or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities within Servicing function including delegation coaching and mentoring.
- Demonstrated organizational leadership and influence particularly with matrixed collaborations with colleagues such as Broking.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to drive conflict resolution and secure concessions without damaging relationships.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills encompassing critical thinking adaptability and creativity.
- Proficient in project management including attention to detail organization time management prioritization delegating and decisionmaking.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with particular experience in Excel including pivot tables formulas macros etc.
- Openness to feedback with critical thinking and problemsolving skills and a high level of adaptability.
- Insurance industry designations (e.g. CRIS CPCU ARM CIC CRM) preferred but not required.
- Periodic travel is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150000$170000 USDper year.
This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus.
