Job Description
ECI Management Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead food service production at their UNT Dallas location. ECI uses scratch cooking to prepare meals for a multistation cafe and catered events.
Duties as a Kitchen Manager include:
- Food Production
- Supply/Food Ordering
- BiMonthly Inventory
- Cost Controls
- Managing Kitchen Staff
Typical hours: AM and operations are MondayFriday Weekends vary depending on catering volume. Average 4050 hours / week.
Pay: 45K 50K yearly

The ideal candidate will come from a food service background. Candidate will have experience meeting deadlines/timing of food production.
