Service Coordinator Hawaii Region

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
  • Assist the regional supervisor in ensuring 100% completion of contractual and quality service requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs and preventative maintenance visits keeping customers and personnel informed of updates costs and timelines.
  • Order repair materials and ensure parts are available for service technicians before scheduled work.
  • Verify and document completion of all contractual scope of work including warranties and service dates.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of paperwork submitted by service technicians.
  • Provide administrative support to field service technicians via phone or inperson.
  • Generate service parts and installation quotes as directed.
  • Monitor resolve and escalate customer complaints in compliance with ESTs quality standards.
  • Maintain metrics and cost controls to monitor regional performance.
  • Utilize evolving technology to carry out job requirements effectively.
  • Assist in developing new SOPs as required.
  • Maintain assigned company property including vehicles and computers.
  • Pay depends on experience and skill level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This position is for those who take pride in their work excel in service coordination and have
  • 13 years of successful service coordination or service management experience preferably in industrial or government applications.
  • Associate or bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Background/troubleshooting experience in mechanical plumbing electrical or electronic systems (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a teamplayer mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain military base passes and other required access credentials.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions.
  • Potential exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
  • Ability to maneuver around moving objects vehicles and machinery.
  • Ability to climb ladders with a 300 lb. weight limit.
