Your New Role
Were looking for a Senior Multiplatform Content Creator to craft compelling digital and social content throughout the week leading up to a dynamic weekly linear TV show. This role demands a sharp understanding of global audience engagement viral trends and storytelling that thrives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing highimpact digital content. Previous onair experience and linear production background will be beneficial.
As a key member of our new production center in Doha Qatar youll be part of a core team building an innovative fastpaced linear and digital series. The weekly linear show is a highstakes storytelling challenge where two teams of content creators go headtohead. At the start of the week they choose a topic to tackle and set out to craft the most compelling stories around that topic.
Viewers get a frontrow seat to their creative processbrainstorming scripting filming editing and refining their workbefore the teams present their final pieces in an energetic live showdown.

Your Role Accountabilities
Support the Executive Producer in Doha and ensure content produced aligns with CNNs editorial principles and resonates with a global audience.
Lead and mentor a team of content creators producers and technical staff fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Supervise all phases of content creationfrom story development and scripting to filming editing and final presentation.
Ensure seamless storytelling across digital social and linear platforms maximizing audience engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in digital production or journalism with a proven track record in editorial leadership.
Strong experience in live broadcasting longform storytelling and digital content production news.
Solid understanding of multiplatform content strategy including digital social media and traditional TV formats.
Exceptional communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Experience working in a global media landscape and an understanding of international storytelling trends.
