Brighton If youre driven by the idea of delivering smart enterpriselevel software that helps organizations optimise their buildings workplaces and facilities this is your chance to lead transformative projects that make a measurable impact for clients across the UK and beyond.
As part of a team of four Project Managers youll typically manage around 10 projects at a timeincluding 2 largescale and 2 smaller initiativesdepending on scope and stage. Youll work primarily with clients in the UK and occasionally in the Nordics ensuring seamless project execution while supporting our sales and account teams with new business efforts.
In this role you will:
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with client needs business value and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates managing expectations and proactively addressing risks.
- Lead crossfunctional teams assigning responsibilities tracking progress and ensuring accountability for highquality deliverables.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks adapting plans and coordinating solutions to maintain momentum.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track KPIs to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding training sales and account managementto support user adoption change management and longterm client success.
Profile
Our mission is to deliver inhouse software that helps clients tackle complex facility and workplace challenges with confidence. To achieve this were looking for a skilled Project Manager who can lead teams and clients to success through clear communication strong leadership and handson experience managing complex software implementations.
- 5 years of experience managing complex clientfacing software implementation projects for enterpriselevel organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders lead crossfunctional teams and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with data migration system integration testing processes and enterprise software (e.g. ERP CRM or IWMS).
- Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
- Experience supporting presales efforts and collaborating with account management to drive client success.
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus.
Please note that this position requires successful completion of a UK Government security clearance process. Candidates must meet the necessary eligibility criteria to obtain and maintain this clearance.
