Aztrum is delighted to be working with a high profile client that have offices across Dubai and London who are looking to expand quickly in 2025.
As a Project Architect you will play a key role in the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion typically within the Middle East. You will be responsible for technical detailing preparing working drawings and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and experience in project coordination.
Key Responsibilitiesfor this Project Architect role:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other consultants to develop innovative solutions.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site visits surveys and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Requirementsfor this Project Architect role:
- Degree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA registration (or equivalent).
- Strong design and technical expertise with proficiency in Revit
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations planning policies and construction methods.
- Experience of working within the Hospitality sector.
- Excellent leadership project management and problemsolving skills.
- A genuine interest in leading a productive team.
