Enbridge is hiring an Accounting Analyst II right nowwhen you apply Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.

About the Role:

This role is pivotal in coordinating preparing maintaining and analyzing the Corporate General Ledgers. You will support the accounting for the Corporate functions monthly activities including preparing journal entries maintaining schedules and completing account reconciliations and analysis. You will also identify research and implement process improvements for the general ledger and respond to ad hoc queries and analysis requirements to support financial reporting processes. This position requires working with significant independence on standard assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare the Corporate General Ledgers.
  • Support monthly corporate accounting activities.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain schedules.
  • Complete account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Identify and implement general ledger process improvements.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries and analysis requirements.
  • Work independently on standard assignments.

MustHave Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Commerce Business or equivalent.
  • 35 years of accounting/financerelated experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Proven team player with a high level of cooperation and mutual respect.
  • Alignment with our core values of Integrity Safety and Respect.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud.

Working Conditions:

  • Overtime is required during quarterend close periods.
  • Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
