Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of managing small to midsize projects or segments of large projects independently and proactively.
  • May begin specializing in a particular consulting area or client type.
  • May have developed technical expertise including design development in ICAT and AI.
  • Works directly with clients to extrapolate information and provide solutions and information.
  • Seen as a contact to the client on regular/daytoday project execution and correspondence.
  • Assists in the development and presentation of solution options; supports senior consultants in refining.
  • Oversees and conducts detailed analysis and research on detailed pertinent information related to emerging technologies and summarizes analysis of the technology options.
  • Understands the client and audience objectives and prepares agendas and content for facilitated sessions.
  • Participates in visioning sessions user groups and senior management team workshops.
  • Prepares or oversees the development of research on emerging technologies and jurisdictional scans.
  • Prepares noncomplex business cases value propositions and selects roadmaps to guide clients to the future state.
  • Contributes to gap analysis by documenting current state and future state.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education or certification in their respective fields (e.g. architectural technology engineering nursing degree support service certifications etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong skills in analytics and project management with a focus on Microsoft tools such as Excel.
  • Experience in the capital planning process for healthcare.
  • Keen interest in healthcare operations logistics and materials management.
  • Preference for experience in healthcare flows or a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
