Reporting to the Manager Administrative Services for the Eastern Region you will:
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a postsecondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration.
You have a minimum of three years (fulltime equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in a fastpaced office environment.
Experience within finance accounting and/or a student account environment would be considered an asset.
Demonstrated customer service experience with ability to communicate effectively and courteously within a diverse environment.
Occupational experience using PeopleSoft Student SAP or other account management software would be considered an asset.
You are comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite email and have a strong demonstrable knowledge of Excel SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
Experience training others would be considered an asset.
Experience in an educational environment supporting and/or providing services to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.

You have specific technical occupational knowledge and skill in account analysis and reconciliation cash and/or other records.
You are known for your problem solving and critical thinking skills.
You are a strong communicator.
You possess excellent coordination skills specifically related to organizing and prioritizing workloads for yourself or others.
You have proven records and information management skills and abilities with a focus on data accuracy and integrity along with a drive to improve efficiencies.
Demonstrate problem solving abilities and an ability to work independently.
