About the role:
Evoenergy has an exciting opportunity for three Project Managers to join their Program Delivery Team within the Works Enablement Group. These Project Managers will provide key leadership expertise and technical advice to deliver complex infrastructure projects including customer initiated works and new technology projects.
The Program Delivery team has three opportunities:
- 2x Fulltime permanent position.
- 1x Full Time 12month fixed termposition (with possibility of extension.)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure efficient delivery in accordance with Evoenergy systems and processes.
- Manage and report on all aspects of health safety environmental and quality issues.
- Provide advice on the planning aspects of projects including technical feasibility project delivery issues and costeffectiveness and innovations in design construction.
- Establish effective working relationships with external contractors reviewing contractor plans and practices / work method statements
- Other duties within the employees skill competence and training.
Our ideal candidates:
- Engineering and / or project management qualifications from a tertiary institution which are relevant to the energy utility industry or recognised equivalent technical experience
- Proven project management experience in a utilities environment including contractor oversight commercial negotiation and safe work practices.
- Extensive technical experience in energy networks planning design and / or construction e.g. primary systems secondary systems SCADA
- You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community championing a safe inclusive and respectful environment.
