Job Description

Sure People Solutions on behalf of our client is seeking applications from Trade Assistants for work based in Henderson in both workshop and Marine/Navy vessels docked at the Henderson AMC (Australian Marine Complex)

Whats on Offer:

  • Commencement ASAP
  • 10 week project
  • Pay Rate: $36.25p/h
  • 8 hour days (potential for overtime & weekend work for the right candidates)
  • Location: Henderson

Scope:

  • Trade Assistant Pipework Mechanical
  • Removal and cleaning of filters and pumps
  • Working on the line systems
  • Allaround TA work

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate First Attack Firefighting Equipment (essential)
  • White Card (essential)
  • Working at heights (essential)
  • Confined space (essential)
  • Trade Assistant experience in the marine sector (highly desirable)
  • Experience working with grinders and power tools
  • Forklift ticket (highly desirable)
  • Scaffolding ticket (highly desirable)
  • Basic Rigging (highly desirable)
  • Minimum C Class Drivers
  • Have or can obtain an NPC (National Police Clearance)
  • Must complete inductions prior to commencement
