Embedded Software Development Engineer
Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of medical technology As an Embedded Software Engineer youll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded software for lifechanging implantable neurostimulation devices.
In this role youll work within our fastgrowing Biotronik NRO Business Unit collaborating with a crossfunctional R&D team to develop software that integrates seamlessly with implantable devices mobile apps and webbased systems. Youll leverage your expertise in highly reliable software design for resourceconstrained devices while applying your understanding of electrical engineering to create cuttingedge medical solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience using integrated development environments (IDEs) debugging tools configuration management test management and defect tracking systems
At least 2 years ofexperience designing and implementing realtime software for resourceconstrained microprocessors or systemonchips (SoCs)
Additional Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities
Location
This position is based in Lake Oswego Oregon with a flexible hybrid work policy. While youll have the flexibility to work remotely onsite collaboration is essential for interacting with specialized test equipment and managing complex lab setups. Certain aspects of the work can be replicated in a home office but handson access to our cuttingedge tools and technology will be a key part of your success in this role.
