The Office Manager & Accounting Assistant role requires a highly organized and multifaceted individual with an excellent eye for detail. Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting & Finance and in collaboration with all internal teams the person in this position works to execute smooth operations in the areas of general office needs purchasing and accounting.

What we will expect from you:
Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

Participation and engagement in weekly meetings to discuss issues review key performance indicators and drive progress on quarterly objectives
Ability to prioritize and address the needs of both Go West and its clients
What you will be doing:
General Accounting including receivables and payables
Purchasing including ordering maintaining and tracking hardware/software orders and renewal dates inventory control and RMAs
General Office Administration including ordering office supplies scheduling meetings travel arrangements for staff maintain office environment compliance in accordance with local jurisdiction laws/mandates implements efficient systems for other staff to access equipment or inventory
Inventory including tracking materials equipment or supplies in stock. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Renewals including timely quoting approximately 60 days prior to expiration emailing quote to clients and placing orders
Development of your skills through training mentoring and shadowing
Other duties as assigned by the VP of Accounting & Finance
Job Requirements:
25 years of experience in a professional administrative role including some aspects of bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and QuickBooks
Experience working with an asset tracking and/or ticketing system
Ability to work in our Greenwood Village office (near the DTC)
Authorization to work in the US
Preference will be given to candidates who also have experience with the following:
CPB or other industry certifications
Working in an organization that delivers IT services
Quoting selling ordering managing products such as Antivirus software Microsoft Licensing Networking hardware Backup Software Cloud Services
