Job Purpose
Keystone Advisors is seeking a professional bilingual Agent Success Representative to join our Houstonbased team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our agent partners through outstanding customer service proactive communication and handson guidance. The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service sales or fieldwork as a licensed insurance agent and is passionate about empowering others to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents providing onboarding training and continuous support
Assist agents with licensing certifications and compliancerelated inquiries
Deliver product knowledge sales coaching and performance feedback to help agents achieve production goals
Maintain regular communication with agents through phone email and virtual meetings
Collaborate with internal departments including Broker Relations Contracting Marketing Retention and Compliance to ensure agent needs are met efficiently
Track agent engagement and performance metrics identifying opportunities for additional support and development
Represent Keystone Advisors at local field events and trainings to support agent recruitment and retention
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor for agents throughout their partnership with Keystone
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service sales or insurance agent fieldwork Strongly preferred
Familiarity with the health insurance industry including licensing and certification processes Preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM platforms
Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (especially SeptemberDecember)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
