Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage the daily Waterproofing a restoration. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as handson knowledge . A successful candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the jobsite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage work crews.
- Perform daily image reports
- Be familiar with laws concerning safety health and welfare of building occupants municipal employees and the general public.
- Supervise procedures
- Ensure that work is done in a timely and costeffective manner.
- Coordinate activities with building management.
