We are seeking a proactive and organized People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team with a specialized focus on providing datadriven insights to support our growing organization. This role will be crucial in analyzing talent trends supporting headcount planning enhancing performance management and improving employee engagement within our engineering teams. In addition to strong analytical skills this role will require project management capabilities to lead and coordinate People analytics initiatives ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.

What Youll Do:
- Support our annual headcount planning process by providing adhoc data analysis and support throughout the process and maintaining the master source of truth from a data perspective.
- Partner with other People team functions to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
- Create visualizations and presentations to communicate data findings to engineering leadership.
- Analyze data to identify factors influencing engineering team performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of talent strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and people business partners to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Provide data to help in decisions regarding training and upskilling of our teams.
- Lead and manage HR analytics projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans define project scope and establish project milestones.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Document project progress and create final reports.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst. A strong understanding of engineering teams and their unique needs is a nice plus.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau Power BI).
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows development methodologies and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to understand and analyse data regarding software development metrics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
