We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Saint John NB as an Inside Sales Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Inside Sales support including quoting and order entry
- Manage order acknowledgments and answering phones
- Handle vendor returns and visa reconciliation
- Perform invoicing filing and various clerical duties
- Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in either customer service or warehouse roles is preferred
- Effectively work under minimal supervision
- Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal communications and organizational skills
- Motivated and willing to learn
