Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced licensed plumber to perform a variety of plumbing tasks including installation maintenance and repair of plumbing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting plumbing issues conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. This role will require working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation maintenance and repair of water flow systems including vertical plumbing systems and specialized cavernbased infrastructure.
- Oversee and contribute to the construction and upkeep of lift stations including potential input on design.
- Perform highelevation plumbing tasks including installation and handling of largediameter (4inch) pipes using scissor lifts and other tools.
- Guide team members through plumbing work in confined and unique environments such as underground or cavernstyle facilities.
- Provide handson support with material handling pipe movement tool transport and site cleanup.
- Operate and supervise the use of manual tools including jackhammers in support of plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
- Respond to facility needs related to snow removal salting stormwater drainage and rock movement.
- Assist with emergency operations such as flooding response hose and drain management and traffic control when necessary.
- Ensure work is performed safely in potentially hazardous and loud environments with a strong focus on situational awareness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments including electrical and general maintenance teams to support broader facility operations.
- Take a handson leadership role in crossfunctional tasks including excavation confinedspace operations and infrastructure maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
