About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer and Team Leader to join the team that owns our app used by over 20000 people weekly to check their schedule payments tip and much more. The team also builds products that help managers to provide optimal schedules staffing and internal communication. The team has full ownership for our time and scheduling solutions all the way from UX to the backend and storage. Were looking for someone who is not afraid of making decisions challenging the status quo and implementing new ways of working to boost efficiency and customer outcomes. The team consists of a Product Manager UX Designer and several engineers with front end back end and full stack profiles. You will play a key role in driving the delivery of the product and participate regularly in discovery activities together with the Product Manager and UX Designer. To be successful in the role you need to have worked several years as a full stack engineer coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Collaborate with engineers product managers and UX designers to create cohesive impactful solutions.
• Design and improve the observability of our system and services.
• Maintain high standards for code quality system reliability and security.
• Present plans and solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

• 8 years of experience in development with expertise in C# and .NET Core
• 5 years of experience with Typescript React or similar
• 5 years of experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience as a Team Leader Scrum Master or similar
• Experience of launching developing and maintaining iOS apps or Android apps
• Solid understanding of system design principles and distributed architecture enabling you to build scalable and reliable services
• An interest in AI is mandatory and a proven experience within AI is a bonus
• Experience in .NET Maui or Xamarin is a bonus
• Excellent in verbal and written English
