Job Description

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management in an International Organisation

  • Lead develop and implement the companywide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee talent acquisition onboarding and retention programmes to attract and engage top talent in the luxury retail and recruitment sectors.
  • Foster an inclusive collaborative and highperforming culture that values diversity and employee wellbeing at every level.
  • Manage HR policies procedures and compliance with all relevant legislation and ethical standards for multiple markets.
  • Guide performance management processes employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives to enable continuous improvement.
  • Oversee compensation benefits and reward structures to support competitive positioning in the industry.
  • Advise managers and senior leadership on workforce planning organisational development and talent management strategies.
  • Drive learning development and succession planning to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Champion HR systems data insights and reporting to enable effective people decisionmaking and organisational growth.

Essential Experience and Qualifications HR Manager Role

  • Demonstrable experience leading HR operations in an international dynamic environment preferably within luxury retail or recruitment services.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building trusted relationships across cultures and teams.
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of best practice HR processes employment law and HR technology (HRIS ATS L&D platforms).
  • Proactive solutionsfocused approach and strong analytical ability to sustain continuous improvement.
  • Experience in employee relations conflict resolution and driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Confident in managing change and supporting business transformation projects.

Desirable Skills and Attributes for Human Resources Leadership

  • Background in guiding HR for geographically dispersed or multicultural teams.
  • Experience supporting scaling businesses and introducing innovative HR programmes.
