Lead a passionate group of presenters and ensure toptier gaming performances in an engaging and fastpaced environment.

As the Games Presenter Team Manager you will guide inspire and develop a team of Englishspeaking Game Presenters ensuring our live games are delivered with the highest professional standards and energy. You will work closely with senior management foster a positive working culture and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our studio in Sofia Bulgaria.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Manager and collaborates closely with the Training and Development Lead.
- Ensures proper assessment coordination and facilitation of both new and existing staff.
- Fosters an inspiring team environment setting clear goals aligned with company culture and performance metrics.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements surpassing expectations where possible.
- Serves as a representative ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Maintains professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2).
- Proactive in building positive and engaging relationships with team members.
- Actively contributes to the companys growth and success.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Willing to work in an office environment with a shift schedule.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
