Position: Customer Service Manager
Working hours: 10am5pm MST
Salary Range: USD1200 to USD1500 depending on experience
Role Overview
As the Customer Service Manager (Reservation Agent) youll be the voice of the company serving as the first point of contact for both new and returning clients. Youll be responsible for managing high call volumes during peak seasons efficiently processing reservations through the MOODS system and delivering exceptional service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation calls from clients both new and existing
- Accurately input client information booking details and payment data into the MOODS system
- Manage high call volumes during peak seasons (November March and late May mid September)
- Maintain a calm friendly and professional tone on all calls
- Respond to lastminute booking requests with urgency and composure
- Ensure all interactions reflect the high service standards of Lone Mountain Limo
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a customer service or reservations role 3 years preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills; clear and calm English (accents welcome if easily understood)
- A humble welcoming demeanor with a genuine desire to help people
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a quiet environment free from distractions and background noise
- Eager to learn and open to training
- Techsavvy and comfortable navigating software systems
