Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Engineer (CT)
Location: Los Angeles CA

Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer (CT) is responsible for delivering exceptional service by traveling to customer sites to perform repairs maintenance installations and deinstallations of Toshiba/Canon CT equipment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support while troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong focus on job stability and minimal gaps between employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations for installation maintenance and repair of CT medical imaging equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain records of service calls and repairs performed.
- Be on call to assist with urgent service requests as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
- Expertise in Toshiba/Canon CT equipment is mandatory.
- Familiarity with MRI and PETCT equipment is considered a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform medical imaging equipment repairs efficiently.
- Must possess a valid US driver s license and be willing to travel extensively.
- No significant gaps in employment history.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $140000 subject to negotiation based on the candidates experience and skills. Candidates are encouraged to discuss salary expectations during the interview process.
