You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Cluster Business Head will oversee and drive HNI business sourced through the channel. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Wealth Specialists to deliver exceptional service and tailored investment solutions to HNI clients. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business targets deepening client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Manage and drive HNI business across a defined cluster of branches.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch leadership to ensure seamless integration of wealth services.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue targets for the cluster by promoting wealth and investment products including mutual funds insurance PMS and alternate assets.
Identify and execute crosssell opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead train and motivate a team of Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers.
Ensure team productivity and quality of client engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering personalized and hightouch wealth advisory services.
Engage with toptier HNI clients for key accounts and strategic discussions.
Compliance & Risk:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance norms.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain process integrity.
Reporting & MIS:
Monitor cluster performance through regular MIS and dashboards.
Provide periodic updates to senior management.
