Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Telecaller to join our team and focus on outbound and inbound calls for the Australia region. The candidate will generate leads provide information about our services/products and set up appointments or close initial deals. This role demands excellent communication skills a friendly yet persuasive tone and the ability to handle Australian clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based in Australia.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Qualify leads based on set parameters and forward them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs and client information.
  • Follow up diligently on leads and ensure regular communication.
  • Achieve daily weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing) to refine calling scripts and leadgeneration strategies.
  • Stay updated with service offerings pricing and any market updates.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in telecalling telesales or customer service (experience handling Australian clients is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or Australianaccent friendly preferred).
  • Good listening skills confidence and persuasion ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call documentation processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in Australia time zones (early morning or overnight shifts depending on your location).
  • Basic computer literacy (Email Excel CRM tools).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C calling for Australia UK or similar markets.
  • Knowledge of Australian culture customer behavior and business etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt conversation style depending on the customer profile.
