Fractional AIEnabled Operator (Workflow Automation)
Division: Superstaffed (by RemoteWorkmate)
Location: Remote Must have 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Type: Fractional 10 15 hrs/week to start ContracttoHire

Superstaffed is the new division of RemoteWorkmate created for lean fastmoving companies who don t just need support they need operational leverage. Were looking for AIfluent Operators who know how to turn chaos into clarity and clunky manual tasks into streamlined automated workflows.
Right now were hiring a Fractional AIEnabled Operator to support a fastgrowing client in rethinking their internal operations. You won t be managing someone else s checklist you ll be building systems automations and dashboards that remove bottlenecks reduce manual effort and give executive teams back their time.
What You ll Do
Audit and optimize existing systems (Notion GitHub Slack Paddle Google Sheets)
Build out documentation and internal knowledge bases in Notion
Create automations using Zapier Make Airtable or your favorite tool
Design and launch dashboards that surface KPIs customer feedback and team performance
Automate recurring reporting (e.g. royalty payroll TrustPilot engagement data)
Partner with leadership to scope and deliver highleverage internal improvements
Recommend and implement new AI tools where they ll make a real difference
Requirements
Who You Are
A workflow builder not a task taker
Experienced in crossfunctional ops: product finance HR content
Skilled with tools like Notion Slack GitHub ProfitWell Stripe Paddle Airtable
Confident designing automations using Zapier Make or lowcode platforms
A clean communicator who translates complexity into clarity
Obsessed with efficiency documentation and making systems run themselves
Available for at least 4 hours/day of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Bonus Points
Experience with royalty reporting multiregion payroll or SaaS billing
Comfortable working with APIs or chaining multiapp workflows
Familiar with startup or fractional operator environments
Has already replaced themselves with a bot at least once
