Location Sambalpur(Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary. )

Salary Range upto 25k PF Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver classroom and practical training on front office management guest services reservation systems and hospitality etiquette.

  2. Teach communication skills grooming standards and customer handling techniques.

  3. Maintain daily attendance and track trainee progress.

  4. Conduct field visits and realworld exposure programs to enhance learning.

  5. Submit timely reports to the Center Manager and Head Office.

  6. Ensure the batch is engaged active and progressing as per the curriculum.

  7. Monitor and evaluate students performance and provide individual guidance.

  8. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth center operations.




Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Hotel Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in hospitality/front office operations.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer in the hospitality domain.

  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English and the local language (Odia preferred).

  • Ability to work in a remote location and conduct practical sessions effectively.
