Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly organized and clientfocused Event Travel Consultant to coordinate travel arrangements for corporate events conferences group meetings and incentive trips. This role blends logistics expertise with personalized service to ensure every aspect of the travel experience is smooth costeffective and tailored to the events needs. You ll work closely with event planners vendors and clients to manage everything from flights and accommodations to group transportation and onsite travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and book travel for individuals and groups attending corporate events meetings or incentive programs

  • Coordinate with clients to understand travel requirements budgets and timelines

  • Manage air hotel ground transportation and other logistics for attendees

  • Liaise with hotels DMCs (destination management companies) and service providers to negotiate group rates and manage reservations

  • Provide accurate travel documentation and itineraries to participants

  • Offer realtime support before and during events to ensure a seamless travel experience

  • Stay informed on travel policies restrictions and vendor contracts

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

  • Excellent communication and client service abilities

  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines

  • Familiarity with group travel planning or event coordination is a plus

  • Comfortable using travel booking platforms and productivity tools

  • A proactive problemsolver with a calm professional demeanor
