Job Description

This is a remote position.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Provide daytoday project management support

Create and publish project documentation including project status reports project schedules

and plans risks issues and other documentation as needed

Plan for utilization of resources

Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones

Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project lifecycle

Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation

Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and inscope agencies

Create end user documentation and training as needed

Provide technical knowledge transfer training and documentation to OTS and DPSLSP

staff for all requested work as needed

Requirements

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

5 years of experience in managing projects

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects

Project management with State of Louisiana

PMP certification

SCRUM Master certification

Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders

The primary work location will be: Remote

Expected term for this engagement:

Start: 05/19/2025

End: 06/30/2029
