Profile Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in graphic design specializing in logo creation and sales proposal design.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and other relevant design tools.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and execute fresh original designs that stand out.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on typography layout and overall design aesthetics.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Branding Knowledge: Understanding of brand identity color psychology and visual storytelling.
- Adaptability: Ability to work on various design projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Open to progressing to a full time role in the future.
Core responsibilities:
- Logo Design: Create professional memorable and brandaligned logos for various projects.
- Sales Proposal Design: Develop visually engaging and wellstructured sales proposals that effectively communicate key messages.
- Marketing Materials: Design brochures presentations infographics and other promotional content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Content Formatting: Ensure all design elements are formatted correctly for digital and print applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create assets that support business growth.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
